We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the delicate nature of our evening wear, items showing signs of wear, perfume scents, or makeup stains will not be eligible for a refund.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For time-sensitive events, we offer expedited 2-day and overnight shipping options. Please allow an additional 48 hours for our quality control team to inspect your gown before dispatch.

Can I request custom alterations through Bella Luna Gowns?
