Please note that custom-tailored pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return to maintain the exclusivity of our collection.

Carefully place the unworn gown in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals remain intact.

Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Once our atelier inspects the garment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
